Because we are different form your ordinary travel agent there are other services you may not know we provide. If you decide to go with one of our Customized Travel Planning Packages, there will be a planning fee for research and planning.

These include, but limited to: 

Customized Itineraries 

Customized Tour and Activities

Full Travel Planning for Large Groups

Scheduling & Booking Activities and Dinning

Your research fee payment covers:

You will receive 3 curated quotes for 1-2 destination of your choice.

Couple and Group trips start at $150-$750 - Research fee will be required per every 2 persons up to ten. 

Any Additional destinations will require an extra research fee of $75 each.

A personalized proposal with bi-weekly access to view, update, and adjust your trip details and payment plan.

Dedicated time spent planning, researching, confirming, and booking every aspect of your travel.

Ongoing communication and support before, during, and after your trip.

Processing confirmations and managing payments on your behalf and of your travel party when applicable.

If you need plan a last minute trip with full planning and customizations, a minimum additional fee of $500 will apply.

This pertains to trips needing to be booked and secured less than 60 days out from day of travel. 

Once confirmation of booking for additional planning services is sent, the research fee is non-refundable.

An invoice will be emailed after we receive your trip details from the form below. This must be paid before the research process can begin. *THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT WE CHARGE FOR REGULAR BOOKING. Fees ONLY apply to extra, custom and detailed services.
